A BRIEF BACKGROUND

Uaminifu Housing Cooperative Society Ltd was formed in 2013 under the cooperative Act. It was formed as a vehicle that will enable Uaminifu SACCO members acquire property through pulling of resources and thus bringing on board the procedural and financial gains that accrue as a result of economies of scale.

• Carry out due diligence on behalf of the clients; Ensuring proper land search and title deed processing on behalf of our members.
• Providing high quality social amenities on our projects. We serve to add value to our property by creating standard amenities on them such as ; common roads, security and planning of property layout.
